Cabin at Walker Inn Escape to our cozy one-bedroom, one-bath cabin nestled on the picturesque grounds of the historic Walker Inn in Andrews, NC.Inside, you’ll find all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a small refrigerator, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker to keep you refreshed. Enjoy a cup of coffee sitting on the front porch.With a maximum occupancy of three guests, this serene retreat is the perfect escape for couples looking to unwind and explore the beauty of the North Carolina mountains.The spaceThis cabin was originally built in the 1800s and moved to this location in 1980. The interior was updated at the time and the bathroom added. The cabin has a queen-size bed with a fold out loveseat that makes a twin bed.Guest accessDuring your stay at the Historic Walker Inn, enjoy a variety of inviting spaces designed for relaxation and connection. Guests in the Cabin at Walker Inn can unwind on the front porch of the cabin or utilize common areas of the Walker Inn. Head to the cozy lounge to play a game or watch a movie, or spend time in the parlor room—original to the house—perfect for reading or catching up with friends. Outside, sip your morning coffee on a garden bench while watching birds among the flowers and towering trees. Please be aware that common areas are shared with other guests.Other things to noteThe rustic cabin is located on the grounds of the Historic Walker Inn. Cabin guests are welcome to use common areas in the inn.Breakfast is prepared Saturday & Sunday. Prepackaged breakfast available weekdays. Due to health code, guests do not have access to the kitchen. Beyond overnight stays, Walker Inn is a gathering place. With room for up to 13 overnight guests we can accomidate weekend getaways for families and friends. Our beautiful grounds are a natural fit for weddings, family reunions, and small private events — and we work directly with you to plan it, with no booking platform or middleman in between. From an intimate mountain wedding to a multi-generational family trip, we'll help you make the most of our grounds, porches, and historic rooms.
